Vocalists would often ask me about my personal process, how I trained, protected my voice, and navigated my registers. So I began helping them one at a time, and that is how my online one-on-one vocal coaching sessions started; creating a safe, non-judgmental space where they could explore their talent and discover that they truly had what it takes.
I love watching singers transform from their first session to their eighth or ninth. They become more confident, more comfortable in their voices, and more joyful in their performance. And you can hear the difference, their pitch improves, they sing more consistently in tune, and the vocal challenges they once struggled with begin to change. It’s an overall transformation, both in their voice and in the way they show up as artists.
Creating that shift, helping singers discover through their own commitment that they truly have what it takes, is why I love coaching.
